NTIS delegation met with the Digital Government Authority (DGA), the agency responsible for driving digital transformation and governance initiatives across Saudi Arabia’s public sector.
The discussion focused on the implementation of DGA’s regulatory sandbox framework and its role in enabling innovation through a controlled testing environment for digital solutions. The delegation also learned about the recently launched Living Lab, an initiative that provides startups and technology providers with a platform to conduct testing and validation of digital government services and emerging technologies. Both sides explored opportunities for knowledge exchange and collaboration in advancing regulatory innovation and supporting startups through structured sandbox mechanisms.
