The NTIS team met with Zazen Health Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to follow up on their progress and commercialisation journey as a Sandbox recipient.
Zazen completed their Sandbox 1 project in September 2024, achieving key milestones in product development and validation. Together with Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), they published a study showing positive effects of their Scalar technology on sleep quality which increasing market visibility and sales.
Now in Sandbox 3, Zazen is focusing on commercialisation and market expansion. They have launched an e-commerce platform, secured international customers from the US and Germany, and sold over 120 units to date. Next, the company plans to introduce an upgraded product in November 2025 and expand to Thailand and Indonesia.
